Lene Jørgensen is associate professor at the Department of Pharmacy, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Copenhagen.
The main focus of Lene’s research is on how the choices made during pharmaceutical processing and formulation design relate to the stability of the protein formulation, mainly done by using a range of biophysical methods to study physical stability, adsorption and protein-excipient interaction.
Lene is an author of various book chapters and several papers as well as co-editor on a textbook on Delivery Technologies for Biopharmaceuticals from 2009.
She teaches at the University of Copenhagen's Master programmes in Industrial Drug Development (MIND), Master in Regulatory affairs (MRA), PhD courses and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She is also the Program Director for MPRA at the University of Copenhagen.
