Sales Terms and Conditions
Registration and cancellation
Course registration is done on a continuous, strictly first come first served basis. The registration deadline is 31 May in the year in which the course is held. Your registration is binding after the expiry of the registration deadline and the course fee is not refundable. If a participant is prevented from participating, a qualified substitute from the company may participate at no extra cost.
The University of Copenhagen reserves the right to cancel courses, if, for example, there are too few applicants. If a course is cancelled, the full course fee is refunded. However, no financial compensation is granted for accommodation, travel expenses and similar.
Once you sign up, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration. You will be admitted to the course if you meet the admission requirements. Please find the requirements listed in the course descriptions. If you do not meet the prerequisites for the course, you may be eligible for an exemption. Please note, however, that exemptions are granted on an individual basis only.
We expect you have the necessary language skills to participate actively in the course. If the course director deems that you do not have the necessary language skills, you might not receive a diploma or be able to take an exam if that is an option.
All fees are incl. teaching, materials and catering during the course. All fees are excl. Danish VAT (Value Added Tax of 25%), accommodation and travel expenses.
As the course is held in Denmark, Danish VAT must be claimed for all participants. For participants from other EU countries, the VAT might be reimbursed through tax authorities in their own countries. For participants from outside the EU, please follow the link for instructions on how VAT is refunded.
An invoice will be sent to the work address of the registered person (or invoice address, if stated). Payment is due within 14 days of invoicing unless otherwise stated on the invoice. For late payment, a fee will be charged.
